What counts as a translation?
One translation is one full subtitle file translated for a movie or episode. Re-watching a title that’s still in the shared cache doesn’t count against your quota.
Which languages are supported?
66 languages — all the majors plus rare pairs like Hebrew, Georgian, Khmer, Sinhala, Burmese and Mongolian. Any subtitle language can be translated into any other.
Does it work with all Stremio content and devices?
Yes — any movie or series that has subtitles on OpenSubtitles, on every Stremio client: desktop, web, Android TV and mobile.
How are translations generated?
We fetch a real human-made subtitle in your source language, then translate every line with AI and display both together. Translations are cached and shared, so popular titles are instant.
